My approach is different. I help organizations make better technology decisions — and when it’s time to implement, I stay fully involved to ensure those decisions are executed with the same rigour and discipline they were made with. I don’t hand over a roadmap and disappear. I don’t track your schedule from a spreadsheet. I lead the work.
